He was predeceased by: his father James Forrest; his former wife Eileen (Crawford); his siblings, James Jr., Douglas, Jerry, Brian, Georgie and Elsie Hayward; and his brother-in-law James LeClair.
He is survived by: his wife Linda (Farris Stevens); his children, Shelly Forrest-Dalton (Tim Dalton), Fred (Margie) and Jim (Kim); his sisters, Dorothy Dempsey (Donnie), Mina (Mac), California, Margaret Langille (Herman) and Janet LeClair; his siblings-in-law, Ross Hayward (Bev) and Judy (Brad); and his pet Princess. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be made to the Aberdeen Palliative Care Society, Pine Grove Cemetery, Oxford or to a charity of your choice.
