He was predeceased by: his parents, W. Burns Munro and Edith Munro (MacKay) of Westville; and his birth mother Doris Dixon of Pictou. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Munro (Mackintosh) of Stellarton; his stepsons, Randy Simpson (Susan) of Hopewell and Jamie Simpson (Kim) of Stellarton; his grandchildren, Kyle, Kayla, Tabitha and Kevin; his great grandchildren, Brea and Myah; and his siblings, Darlene (Steve) of Pictou County, Beatrice (Jimmy) of Pictou County, Ed (Ora) of Pictou County and James (Lisa) of Pictou County. He is also survived by many brother and sister in laws, nieces and nephews.
