We are sad to announce that on December 13, 2018, at the age of 90, Frances Hughes (Westville, Nova Scotia), born in Thorburn, Nova Scotia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Daniel Dwyer and Julia Dwyer (Marshall); her children, Julia of Stellarton and Philip (Sandra); her grandchildren, Kevin, Julie Ann, Gary, Edward, Michael, David, Joey, Marsha, Geoffrey, Steven and Matthew; her sister Donna Odo of Toronto; her children-in-law, Gary Smeltzer and Betty Hughes; her husband Edward "Ned" Hughes; and her children, Deanna Smeltzer, David and Gary. She was also cherished by 12 great grandchildren, and several step grandchildren and step great grandchildren.
