He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Edward MacDonald and Mabel MacDonald (Rundle); his wife Evelyn "Evie" Geddes; and his brother Harry Edward MacDonald. He is survived by: his children, Anne MacDonald, Janet Reynolds (Bill), Forbes Jr. MacDonald (Aisha) and Hazel Crowley (Bill); his grandchildren, Jamie, Jessica, Joey (Jannie), Jonathan (Samantha), Jenna (Johnny), Calem (Celina) and Logan; and his great grandchild Amelia. He is also survived by Brothers and Sisters-in-Law, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Donations in memory of Forbes may be made to the New Glasgow Foodbank, the Oncology Unit Aberdeen Hospital, Alma Greenhill United Church, or a charity of choice.
