He is survived by: his parent Margaret Shakness (Bell); his wife Diana (Betts); his children, Leo (Kathy), Salem, Robert (Kayla), Hopewell, Dawn Geddes (Darin) of Westville, Karen Megeney (John), Medicine Hat and Kelly Shakness of Trenton; and his siblings, Bill, Fred, Alice, Linda and Helen.
