She is survived by: her husband John Francis Carter; her children, Susan Carter Westville (Janice) and John Carter Foxbrook (Dawn); her grandchildren, Brittney, Alex, Logan and Neil; her great grandchild Lila Grace; her siblings, David Smith (Leona), Patsy Atkins (Dan), Sterling Smith (Rachel) and Marilyn English (Andrew Matheson); her nephews, Jason, Mike, Jeremy, Chris, Bradley, Sean and Dawson; and her niece Taylor. She is also survived by five grand nephews and one grand niece.
