He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Joseph and Margaret Louise McGee (Reid); his wife Gail Violet McGee (O'Hagan); his siblings, Bertha M. "Penny" Gaudet, Frank, Jack and Pat McGee; his niece Shelly McGee; his nephew Darren Gaudet; and his siblings-in-law, Peggy McGee and Bill MacDonald.
He is survived by: his daughters, Pam Lavers (Evan), Holly McGee (Alexi Ladéroute) and N. L.; his grandchildren, Rhyan, Tatum and Jaxx Lavers; his siblings, Sheila MacDonald, New Glasgow, Jeannie McGee and Mike McGee (Marie Comeau); and his siblings-in-law, Marsha McGee, Alta, Sandra McGee, Marie McGee, Joanne MacAulay, New Glasgow, Michael O'Hagan (Stephanie), Wayne O'Hagan (Rose) and Churchville. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 10:50 AM at the Church of the Holy Name (1664 N Main St, Westville, NS B0K2A0). A committal service will be held on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 from 11:30 AM to 11:40 AM at the St. Ann's Cemetery (545 Thorburn Rd, Thorburn, NS B0K1W0).
