It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Macleod (Westville, Nova Scotia), born in New Glasgow, Nova Scotia, who passed away on November 29, 2018, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parent Charles MacLeod; his sisters, Shirley Gauley and Frances MacPherson; and his brother-in-law Clarence Freeman. He is survived by: his parent Gertie MacLeod (Fogarty) of Westville; his wife Sandra (Freeman); his children, Amy (James Peters), Linacy, Julie Young (Harlan), Alma and Chris Campbell (Angie); his grandchildren, Cassidy, Zach, Gemma, Caden, Jessica (Darius), Maddie, Masha Drachova Chace (Belarus) and Callie; his sister Vivian MacLeod (Vaughan); and his sisters-in-law, Mary Best (Carl), Pat Bennett and Judy Jack. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
