He was predeceased by: his wife Gladys (Pearce); and his sister Isabel Dowell. He is survived by: his children, Ricky, Lochbroom, Norman, Saskatoon, Sask, Judy Veatch (Moe), Regina, Peter (Sherry) and Dawn MacQuarrie (Jack Robertson); and his siblings, Peggy Kontuk, Carol Ann Horton (Tom), Pictou Landing and Neil. He is also survived by 12 grand children and 15 great grand children.
