He is survived by: his parent Pennual "Penny" Duggan (Johnston); his children, Ashley (Jason), Westville, Michelle (Shawn), Andrew, Hailee, Bryson, Liam and Kayden; and his siblings, Theresa Mills (Larry), Hopewell, Bonnie Cotter (Billy), Lorne, Jimmie (Virginia), Fox Brook, Mark (Wendy), Westville, Timmy (Kelly) and Riverton. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
