With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Marie Deliah Dugas of West Arichat, Nova Scotia, who passed away on January 8, 2024 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Rose Marie (Samson) and Thomas T. Martell; her husband Leon J. Dugas; her siblings, Catherine, Jeanne, Théophile, Amedée, Cyril and Rudolph; her nephews, Francis and Welby; her great-nephew Joel; and also Jeanne D'Arc.
She is survived by: her children, Howard Dugas (West Arichat), Carol Anne (Paul), LeBlanc (Chéticamp), Paulette (Stanley) and Marchand (Louisdale); her siblings, Therese, Leon (Anne) and Donnie (Darlene); her siblings-in-law, Doris and Carl; her grandchildren, Alana (Curt), Dana (Cody), Jenna and Gillian (Kyle); her stepgrandchildren, Shannon (George), Jonathan (Julia) and Jordan (Brittany); her great grandchildren, Emerie, Dax and Elliotte; and her stepgreat-grandchildren, Brooke, Blaze, Ayla, Aubree, Gray and Jamie.
