She was predeceased by: her father Burton McKnight. She is survived by: her mother Esther McKnight; her husband Graham; her children, Fallon and Ashton; her stepson Logan (Toronto); her brother Jeffery; her sister-in-law Ellen; her nieces, Sarah and Brooke; her parents-in-law, Fred and Edith Greene Halifax; and her sisters-in-law, Darlene, Elaine, Julia, Viki (Gary), Middleton and Janice (Tom). She is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.

In lieu of flowers the family is asking for donations to be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
