He was predeceased by: his parents, Dennis Jacquard and Isabelle Jacquard (Fitzgerald); his sons, Brian and Rusty; and his siblings, Melbourne, Delphis, Reuben, George, Tony, Virginia and Helen.

He is survived by: his wife Geraldine Jacquard (Boudreau); his children, James Junior (Zelma), Chris (Carolyn), Desmond (Anna), Gregory (Elizabeth), Brenda Boudreau (Arnold), Alana Jacquard (Anita) and Delia Dulong (Mark); his grandchildren, Amy, Angelle, Josée, Christopher, Michelle, Jordan, Jeremy, Jared, Laura, Cindy, Marcie, Adam, Noah, Chad, Franklin, Kandi, Owen, Courtney and Shane; and his siblings, Agnes, Gene and Ralph. He is also survived by 23 great grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren.
