He was predeceased by: his parent Charles Benjamin; and his brothers, Carleton, Ronald and Milton. He is survived by: his parent Helena May Manuel (Isenor); his wife Esta Manuel (Munroe); his daughters, Louisa and Kirste (Peter); his granddaughter Arianna Haseloh; and his siblings, Weyburn, Glenys "Betty", Helen "Betty" and Elizabeth "Betty".
