He was predeceased by: his parents, Allan Bélair and Helen Bélair (Hawes). He is survived by: his siblings, Adrian (Anne), Philip (Pierrette), Andrew (Donna), Bruce (Lisa Anne), Nadine (Brent) and Jeff (Judith); and his niece Brittany. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
