She is survived by: her mother Shirley Harper (Murphy); her siblings, Chris Rehberg and Michelle Rehberg; her stepfather Steve Harper; her half-sister Jamie Ettinger; her nieces and nephews, Ashley Rehberg (Matthew), Becky Rehberg, Madison Rehberg, Treston Rehberg, Peyton Rehberg, Gavin Rehberg of Ashdale and Joshua Lyon; and her great-nephew Aniyah Crossley of Burlington.

Celebration of Joanne's life will be held 2 p. m. Saturday, September 18, 2021 in the South Rawdon Baptist Church Hall, South Rawdon (Covid-19 Restrictions Apply).
