With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Evelyn Marcella Doherty (Waterville, Nova Scotia), who passed away on June 6, 2019. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Cornelius Coleman and Grace Coleman (Brydon); her husband Donald; her children, Lawrence and Helen; her son-in-law Victor Hamilton; and her siblings, Margaret, Alice, Douglas and Vernon.
She is survived by: her daughter Janet Dorey; her daughter-in-law Twyla Doherty; her grandchildren, Mike Dorey (Barb), Greg Dorey (Rose), Kim Lunn (Matt), Dwight Doherty (Dena), Chad Doherty, Julie Thorsen (Jeff) and Kara Logie (Ryan); and her great grandchildren, Kristina, Felicity, Annika, Kaja, Wyatt and Tristan. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Donations in memory may be made to the Black Rock Baptist Church or VON Annapolis Valley.
