Marjorie Wood Obituary

We are sad to announce that on December 26, 2019, at the age of 88, Marjorie Wood (Walton, Nova Scotia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Philip Lake and Myrtle Lake (White); her husband Eugene Wood; and her siblings, Avery Blenkhorn, Samuel, Chester, Basil, Melvin, Marsden, Evelyn, Marlene and Phyllis.

She is survived by: her brother Dennis; her friend Marcie; her children, Beverly Parlee (Tommy), Carol (Terry) and Stephen (Trudy); her grandchildren, David Parlee (Judi), Edward Parlee (Amy), Jami Gillis (Mike) and Derrick Wood (Melissa); her great grandchildren, Jack, Emma Parlee, Sandra (Shane), Josie, Brad Parlee, Peyton Gillis, Mitchel Connor and Benjamin Wood; her brother-in-law Don Wood (Jean); her close friends, Margie, Burton, Leo and Timmy; and her son Baby Wood. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations my be made to the Centre Burlington Hall or charity of choice.
