He was predeceased by: his parents, Chesley Smith and Kathleen Smith (Coulter); and his brother-in-law Douglas Mills. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Smith (Guest); his children, John Smith, Terry Smith (Bessie), Trevor Smith (Tracey Furlong), Collingwood, Joey Smith, Annette Hicks (Greg) and Laura Smith; and his siblings, Norman Smith (Gurli), Donald Smith (Helen) of Stoney Creek, ON, Larry Smith (Cindy), Kevin Smith (Christine), Jean Mills, Rockley, Judy Brogan (Ken) and Gulf Shore. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
