He was predeceased by: his parents, Owen Langill and Carolyn Langill (Langille). He is survived by: his wife Anna (Mitchell); his daughters, Darria Langill (Gerald Rehberg) and Stephanie Langill; his grandson Jay Langill; his sister Katherine McPherson (Chester); his niece Lisa Hofmann (Thom); his nephew Jamie McPherson (Jane); and his great-nephews, Nicholas Hofmann and Liam McPherson.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 12th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Varner Funeral Home (55 Young St, Truro, NS B2N3W6). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 13th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the St. John's United Church (13968 Sunrise Trail, Wallace, NS B0K1Y0).
