It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carol Coulter (Wallace, Nova Scotia), born in Springhill, Nova Scotia, who passed away on June 12, 2019, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Byron Coulter and Ruth Coulter (Jackson). She is survived by: her daughter Tammy Keibel (Brent); her grandchild Skye; her brother Gary (Barb); and her nieces, Gail Coulter Cahill, Pam Coulter and Heather Coulter Jackson.
