He was predeceased by: his parent Frank Misner; his wife Anna Belle (Salterio); and his sisters, Marguerite LaPierre, Violet Pippy and Gloria Smith.

He is survived by: his parent Geraldine Misner (Noiles); his daughter Angela; his siblings, Herbert (Judy), Sidney (Cathy), Jenesta Boutilier (Oscar), Marilyn Hubley (Barry) and Robyn MacIsaac (Stephen); and his brother-in-law Cyril Smith.
