He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Joseph Benjamin and Ruth Francis (Fraser); his former wife Genevieve Rose (Mitchell); his brother Ben (Marion); his wife Velma May (Keizer); his siblings, Don (Irene), Jack (Betty-Anne), Helen Maithus (Ed) and Wayne (Vera); his children, Jim (Beverly), Bill (Lorraine), Sheila Brison (Karmen), Steve (Pam), Tom (Erica) and Lisa King (Stephen); his stepchildren, Darrell Webber and Cindy McLearn (Scott); his grandchildren, Joe (Laura), Dan (Sherisse), Christine Giles (Curtis), David Seaboyer (Terri-Lynn), Joanna Shannon (Daniel), John (Brooke), Frank (Marisa), Beth, Matthew, Kyle Bonin and Caleb King; and his stepgrandchildren, Benjamin McLearn, Kelsey Lapointe (Jonathan), Courtney Hooper and Cassidy Hooper. He was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.

Due to the Pandemic, the funeral is by invitation only.
