He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Patrick and Lorraine Beatrice Levy; and his son Jagger. He is survived by: his wife Margaret; his sons, Matthew (Kandi), Dylan (Faith) and Hunter; his granddaughter Ava; and his brother Mark (Joanne).
