He is survived by: his parent Charles Weir; his children, Laurie (Halifax) and Scott (Sackville); his grandson Lyam Stevens; his brother Charles Weir Jr.; his sister-in-law Janet (Upper Sackville); his parents-in-law, Douglas Nickerson Sr. and Vernita Nickerson; his brother-in-law Douglas Nickerson Jr.; and his nephew Taylor Nickerson. He is also survived by sisters- and brothers-in-law, nieces and nephews.
