He was predeceased by: his parents, George Orr and Jeannie Orr; and his children, Patti O'Neill, Charles Milbury and Earl Milbury.
He is survived by: his wife Betty; his children, Thomas Milbury of Halifax and Marlene Major of Upper Sackville; and his grandchildren, Marlene, Tammy, Jeffrey, Jennifer, Ashley, Lauren, Trevor and Bradley. He is also survived by 11 great grandchildren, 1 great great grand daughter, 4 sisters in law, 1 brother in law, 1 daughter in law and many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Faith Baptist Church or the Canadian Cancer Society.
