He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Frail and Laura Frail (Crouse); and his siblings, Roland, Art, Bev Crockett, Sally Mansfield and Linda Masine.

He is survived by: his wife Linda; his children, Terry Frail (Julie) and Sandy Breau (Rob); his grandchildren, Cameron, John and Logan; and his siblings, Lawson, Mitchell, Paulette Ulhman (Brian) and Debbie Oickle (Peter). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
