She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Clifford, Loretta Isenor, Neil and Liz Horne. She is survived by: her husband Scott Corrigan; her children, Ben and Emily; her parents, Stephen Horne and Suzanne Horne; her brothers, Brandon Horne (Nikita) and Clayton Horne; her nephew Jensen Horne; her niece Jolie Potter; her extended family, Stephanie Beach and Siobhan Allen (Ray); and also Blayze.
Donations in memory of Sarah may be made to the QEII Health Sciences Centre Foundation acknowledging the good care Sarah received and helping her realize her wish of being an organ donor. Donations may also be made to an animal shelter of your choosing recognizing Sarah's love and connection to animals.
