He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph MacNeil and Amelia MacNeil (Barrie); his wife Agnes; and his siblings, Marie MacNeil, Sadie Thompson (Jim), John MacNeil, Catherine V. MacNeil, Peggy Donaldson (Lorne), Ann Landry (Ed), Edward (Elizabeth), Alexander (Louise), Cecilia Leveck, Dorothy Stewart (Claude), Robert (Marguerite), Donald (Marie), Joan Cunningham (Vince) and David.
He is survived by: his children, Susan, Nancy, Roberta (Robert), Stephen (Susan) and Vincent; and his grandchildren, Carlie, Laine, Josh, Jeremy, Nicole, Gabriel and Jorge. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
