He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald Manette and Shirley Manette (Chapman); and his brother Ronald Manette. He is survived by: his siblings, Jimmy Manette (Nancy), Margaret Choyce (Gordon), Linda Gerrior (Jerome) and Deanna Hatch (Kenny); his children, Jack Palmer, Andrew Palmer (Elaine), Jason Fisher (Holly), Angela Manette and Crystal Manette (Jamie); his stepchildren, Michael Cross (Colleen) and Lois Cross (Glen); and his wife Ruth. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and many grandchildren.
