He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel McMaster and Christine McMaster (MacKenzie); his siblings, Marguerite, Ethel, Helen, Kathleen, Stanley, Ernest, Alfred and Frank; and his siblings-in-law, Florence, Betty, Gladys, June, Ronnie, Rufus, Lesley, Almon, Gilbert and Daniel.

He is survived by: his wife Linda (Whooten); his children, Lisa, Tammy (Dana), Mills and Kevin (Jaclyn); his grandchildren, Colby, Harley, Emma, Brandon, Nicholas, Michael and Daniel; and his siblings, Edna Crowe, Jean MacCallum, Marjorie Bryson, Isabel Baisley, Walter McMaster, Robert McMaster (Velma) and Donald McMaster.

Memorial donations may be made to Colchester East Hants Hospice Society.
