It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Gerald Edward Coughlin (Upper Musquodoboit, Nova Scotia), born in Hammonds Plains, Nova Scotia, who passed away on September 5, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Coughlin and Margaret Coughlin (Beazley); and his siblings, Bernard and Ruby. He is survived by: his children, Paul (Shawn) and Tara (Dave) of West Chezzetcook; his grandchildren, Alexander, Sydney, Colton, Haley and Jenna; his brother Ralph of Nanaimo, BC; his former wife Cheryl; his sister-in-law Debbie; and also, Brian (Karen), Jay (Colleen), Ross (Gail), Scott (Lisa) and Jeff (Meredith). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Celebration of Life will be held at the Gaetz Brook Legion, 6644 Hwy. #7 on September 26 from 12-2 p. m., masks required due to COVID-19.
