He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernie Nicholson and Eileen Nicholson; and his brothers, Cyril and Gerald. He is survived by: his wife Sherry; his children, Craig (Candace) and Holly Tattrie (Randy); his stepchildren, Jennifer Monk (Jason) and Daniel Steeves; his grandchildren, Camberlyn, Calla and Caprin Nicholson; his children, June, Porter Tattrie, Eva, Jacob Monk, Sadie, Talon, Lucas, Autumn and Kaiden; his pet Rascal; and also Debby Lynds.

A celebration of life was held on Saturday, September 7th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Wentworth Recreation Centre.
