With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Eleanor Marguerette Corkum (Upper Musquodoboit, Nova Scotia), who passed away on December 10, 2021. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Pitt Smith and Leola Smith (Veinot); her husband Albert; and her brothers, Roman and Randy.

She is survived by: her children, Valerie Johnson (Dwane) and Kevin Corkum; her stepchildren, Rick Corkum (Beth) and Dana Smith (Todd); her grandchildren, Danielle Yorke (Tim), Komya Corkum, Kaylan Corkum, Nicole Corkum, Thomas Corkum (Alisha), Kayla Smith and Josh Smith; her great grandchild Oona Yorke; and her siblings, Mildred Markvardsen, Shirley Frank (Ken) and Cedric Smith (Susan).

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Souls Harbour Rescue Mission, Bridgewater.
