She was predeceased by: her husband Douglas; her son Earl; her siblings, Gordon and Phyllis; her children-in-law, Scott and Joyce; and her sisters-in-law, Marion Dares, Dorothy Inkpen and Marion Galloway.
She is survived by: her children, Carol (Bob), Freda, Sharon, Debbie (Joe), Irene, Ralph, Kathy, Nancy, David (Nancy), Jeannette (Laurie), Terri (Mark), Greg (Nancy) and Tim (Margo); her brother Ross Dares (Jean); and her siblings-in-law, Shirley Dares and Harold Wellwood. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews; 32 grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren; and one great great-grandchild.
