She was predeceased by: her grandson Hunter Joseph; and her parents, Sonny Gastonton Heon and Lillian Zwicker. She is survived by: her adoptive parents, Dorothy Smith and Kirk Ashley; her siblings, Amanda Ashley, Melissa Ashley and Devonna Slate; her daughters, Nikkieta Sommer, Abby Marchand, Haley Ashley and Emma Zeltner; her grandchildren, Gavin Marchand-MacDonald and Kora Marchand-MacDonald; and her brothers, Joey Bernier and Glenn Zwicker. She is also survived by many friends, and extended family such as aunts, uncles, cousins, her nieces and nephews.

Due to Covid-19 restrictions we will be unable to have a service at this time, we will keep everyone updated as there is going to be one in the Spring, the date which TBD yet.
