She was predeceased by: her parents, Eric G. Urquhart and Phyllis M. Urquhart (Glawson); her husband Earl Robert Fralick; her siblings, Becky, Norman and Jimmy; and her mother-in-law Jean Gilbert.
She is survived by: her children, Kelly Lyn MacDonald (Joseph) and Earl George Fralick; her grandchildren, Brandi, Travis, Charly, Johnny, Quinton, Billie-Jo and Porscha; her great grandchildren, Johnnie and Anthony; and her siblings, Jean Deir (Garry), Debbie Rogers (Archie), Cindy Hamilton (Blaine), Orma, Tammy, Holly Wilson (Fred), Eric (Becky) and Terrance Urquhart (Terry). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews.
Donations may be made to charities of her choice which include Mental Health programs or shelters for the homeless.
