He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles "Charlie" Miller and Florence "Flora" Miller (Green); and his siblings, Grace Draycot (James), Shirley Blois, Marie Ashley (Robie), Joan Haynes (John), Harry Miller (Blanche) and Hector Miller.

He is survived by: his wife Joyce Harriet Miller (Newman); his children, Robert Miller (Patricia), Wendy Isenor (Richard), Laura Miller and Lisa Tully (Steven); and his grandchildren, Nicole MacDonnell (James), Natasha Benjamin (David), Shannon Isenor (Valerie), Amy Trowsdale (Ronnie), Suzanne Taylor (Dirk), Tyler Miller (Miranda), Brandon Smith, Raynah Tully, Cassidy Tully and Madison Tully. He is also survived by his family and friends.
