He is survived by: his wife Martha (Bellefontaine); his children, Jill Higgins (Michael Ross), Casey Higgins (Tamaia Wallwork) and Emma Norris (Devon); his grandchildren, Isla, Isabella, Rocco, Gia, Dillon and Alexina; his siblings, Donna Fraser (Francis), Philip Higgins (Lorna) and Irene Bowser (Tim); and his brother-in-law Marty Andrews. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, friends, co-workers.
