He was predeceased by: his parents, Alan "Jake" and Avis Gilby (Sibley); and his siblings-in-law, Cheryl Gilby and Eugene Logan. He is survived by: his wife Cathy (MacNeil); his children, Michelle Turner and Trevor Gilby of Calgary; his grandsons, Michael and Andrew Turner; his siblings, Bruce (Ethel), Betty MacKeil (Philip), Doreen Logan and Rod (Janie); and also Besides.
