He was predeceased by: his parents, Bruce Ainslie and Leona Ainslie (Turpel); his siblings, Robert and Marg; and his stepdaughter Gloria Stewart.
He is survived by: his wife Reta Ainslie (Wright); his siblings, Alice, Edith, Mary, Sarah, Hedley and Bernie (Barb); his stepchildren, Ian (Nancy), Miles (Lynne), Andy (Tammy) and Judy (Randy); and his son-in-law Wayne. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
