He is survived by: his girlfriend Dianne Babin; his children, Jeremy LeBlanc (Tara), Matt LeBlanc, Sabrina Fevens (Tim) and Natasha LeBlanc; his stepdaughter Amanda Halliday (Douglas); his grandchildren, Michaela, Emily, Hunter and Jorjah; his stepgranddaughter Summer Halliday; and his siblings, Alphonse LeBlanc, Sylvia Panschow, Elaine Surette (Ray), Arthur Leblanc (Donna), Rosalie Burrell (Pat), Florence Bourque (Dwayne), Christina Muise (William) and Edna LeBlanc (Vincent).
Donations in Norman's memory may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Nova Scotia.
