He is survived by: his mother Delores Kivi (Garland); his children, Craig Kivi (Cynthia Rushton) of Hilden and Sheila Kivi of New Glasgow; his sister Kathi Kivi of New York; his brother-in-law Randy Boomhower of Ontario; his nieces, Jennifer Kivi, Sarah Boonhower and Hannah Boomhower; his nephew Chris Kivi; and his cousins, Paul Brunelle of Ontario, Louis Brunelle of Ontario, Marie Bouffard of Ontario and Rene Brunelle of Ontario.
