The passing of Valerie Ann Moore (Truro, Nova Scotia) leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on January 18, 2025. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Moore and Hazel Moore (Maynard); her siblings, Florence Rose Tufts, Ruth Davidson, Sylvester Moore and Wayne Moore; and her nephew Joey MacKay.
She is survived by: her daughter Erica Moore; her siblings, Shirley Sibley, Truro Heights, Diane Sabourin (John), Harmony, Gloria McNutt, Lillian MacKay (Eric), Shelley McKeil (Norman), Wanda McLean, Clarence Moore (Ellen), Harmony, William "Bill" Moore (Nadine McKay), Leon Moore (Rose), Portapique, Gary Moore (Jamie) and Eric Moore; and her close friend Audrey Farrell (Gordon). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Varner Funeral Home (55 Young St, Truro, NS B2N3W6). A funeral service will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
