He was predeceased by: his parents, Silas Curtis and Margaret Curtis (Gallan); and his siblings, Leon Curtis, Phyllis Peterson (Reg), Louise Mowbray (Fred), Winnifred Sprague (Donald), Nora MacLeod (Roy) and Betty Rodd.
He is survived by: his wife Elva (Hall); his children, Susan Curtis-Smith (Todd Smith), Lower Truro and Dwayne Curtis (Kelly); his granddaughter Dominique Eleanor Smith; his brother Dorwin Curtis; and his siblings-in-law, Esther Curtis and Harold Rodd. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Mattatall – Varner Funeral Home, 55 Young Street, Truro, where Tom's family will receive friends from 6-8 p. m., Sunday, October 3, 2021. (Please use the main doors of the funeral home, wear a mask and provide your name and phone number to the funeral home staff; thank you for your co-operation.).
