She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Ed Gyles and Beryl Gyles (Thomas); her husband Richie; her sons, Derek (Natasha) and Shane (Cavell); her grandchildren, Samuel, Scarlet and Xavier; her siblings, Chuck (Kath), Ken (Lynn), Sharon Makarchuk and Tom (Allison); her sister-in-law Janet; her siblings, Stephanie, Julie and Kandace (Francine); and her sisters-in-law, Sonja (Cathy), Richie and Susan.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Susan's memory to Alzheimer Society of Nova Scotia or VON (Colchester East Hants).
