He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Kaulback and Eva McLean (Collins); his daughter Kimberley; and his siblings, Gary, Allen Kaulback and Linda Briden.
He is survived by: his wife Laverne; his children, Paul (Sheri) and Kelly; his siblings, Lloyd Kaulback (Sylvia), Judy Barager (Kevin), Faye MacKenzie (Larry), Joan Kaulback and Paul Kaulback (Eve); and his sister-in-law Arlene Kaulback. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
