With solemn reverence, we commemorate Shawn Michael Soucy (Truro, Nova Scotia), whose life came to an end on April 14, 2025, leaving behind cherished memories. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Hughie, Agnes MacGillivray, Conrad and Hermaine Soucy; his mother-in-law Murdena "Polly" Young; and his brothers-in-law, Gregory K. Young and Matthew Young.

He is survived by: his wife Nadine Elaine Young; his parents, Debra Susan MacGillivray and Gary Lawrence Soucy (Cherie); his father-in-law Gregory D. Young; his sisters, Sylvie Duguay, Michelle Soucy and Elaine Soucy (Nathan); his stepsister Christine Dafoe (Philip); and his sisters-in-law, Laurie Fletcher-Young and Marina England. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.

A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Immaculate Conception Roman Catholic Church (669 Prince St, Truro, NS B2N1G5).
