He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Foley and Margaret Foley (Brown); and his sister Sherry. He is survived by: his wife Patricia "Pat" (Mulle); his children, Robert Foley (Morgan Furlotte) and Lindsay Brewer; and his siblings, Leeann Billard, Alberta and Bart Lausanne (Monica). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
