He was predeceased by: his parents, Oliver Clifford and Mary Elizabeth Withrow (MacLellan); his brother-in-law George Collier; and his nephew David Farish Collier. He is survived by: his sister Jean M. Collier; his niece Mary-Beth Fancy (Dean); and his nephew James Glenn Collier (Cathy Brooks).
